The Winter Sporting project is located in the middle of downtown Monte-Carlo, next to the Place du Casino, at about 200 m from the Mediterranean Sea. It is part of a complex urban environment, located in a seismic zone. The project involves the conversion of the site into a housing complex made up of six residential towers and one office tower. It will also have conference and exhibition halls, etc.
