In Pakistan the development of renewable energy plants, especially wind energy farms, is ongoing since several years to meet the demand of electricity in a sustainable way. The HAEPL 50 MW Wind Farm is one of several similar wind farms in the area around the town of Jhimpir in Sindh region, North-East of Karachi.
