Cheongsong - Myeonbongsan Wind Farm Project

The project is developed by Föhn Korea and will be operated by Korea South-East Power Corporation, who will also off-take the REC. Tractebel Engineering GmbH has provided technical consultancy services during the development phase of the Project, related to wind energy yield assessment. The NAMU Accounting Firm was appointed for financial advisory at the development stage and Tractebel evaluated the full project cost (DEVEX, CAPEX and OPEX) as subcontractor of the NAMU Accounting Firm.

This wind farm has a total installed capacity of 42 MW comprising ten Vestas V136-4.2MW wind turbines at 112 meters hub height.

The scope of works of the Technical Advisor included: i) Wind Energy Yield Assessment; ii) Project Cost Evaluation; iii) Review of Project Contracts; and iv) Review of Financial Model.
